We needed to buy a new fridge after our old one conked out. After asking friends for recommendations, we looked into bottom-freezer models and settled on this model. We like its clean lines and design. When it's quiet we can hear the sounds it makes, but it's not bothersome. So far we're happy with it.

I bought this refrigerator.. I love it.. the door storage is AMAZING! And the split adjustable shelves in a 33" wide refrigerator is what I need! Had a French door with a bottom freezer prior to this.. the shelves were all one.. not split and limited on where you could adjust them too. I had a single door refrigerator like this before the French door one and I loved that too but I died after 17 yrs. So I was elated when I saw Whirlpool made a single door model still

We have had this refrigerator about 3 months and are pleased with it. There are a few issues that could be improved upon. It would be nice to be able to level the back of the refrigerator along with the front. Where the water line connects on the back needs to be sturdier. And last, our ice cubes still have a strange taste that we didn't have previously.

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago and we love it. The bottom freezer is the best feature of all, and there are a lot of great features. The brightness of the lights when we open the door it's just amazing. The bins are roomy and slide smoothly. The shelves hold everything that we need and everything is visible and easy to reach! Couldn't be better.

I really like top shelf access though no special area for butter & eggs like my previous frig. Freezer has no shelf for standard ice cube trays & freezer is smaller than previous frig that had 2 shelves in the door. I can't freeze as much as I did before. If I could have fit it in my space, I would have bought a larger frig.

I got this a week ago and LOVE it! It is so easy to access everything. I have had a side-by-side and a trio, but this is my favorite. Just swing open the door and there is a very wide access area and nice lighting. It is so easy to see what's in the refrigerator and to keep it organized. This is a couple of cubic feet smaller than my old refrig, but it seems larger. I was hesitant about getting a refrigerator without a water dispenser, but I love the clean, neat look of having nothing on the door and no more having to buy water filters. The ice dispenser in the bottom freezer works great and I don't mind reaching in and grabbing the ice -- I did that most of the time with the old refrigerator anyway because it got jammed up all the time. The only thing negative I would say is that the ice cubes could be a bit larger.

I bothered this fridge about a month ago and its amenities ice. I wish it was the touchless stainless steel but oh well. The ice make is a bit loud but its quick so it dont last long. The inside seems surprisingly big for the size it is. So far works great!

Our Amana lasted 15 years ago at Thayer Appliance here in Ithaca. Two weeks ago it finally gave up its freon and died. We immediately went to Thayer and found that its Whirlpool twin was on sale! It's gorgeous and roomy. We are so happy with it!

The only issue is we've tried hooking up the ice maker because it doesn't make ice. Don't know if it's the water like or what. Called Whirlpool a week ago, they were trying to find someone to
service is. Called yesterday and someone is supposed to call us Monday. The customer service ladies are really super nice, couldn't ask for better. Just wondering if we can get this fixed before Thanksgiving?!

I did a lot of online searches for best refrigerator and came up with this Whirlpool 22cf bottom freezer. So glad I went with this one. I'd never had a bottom freezer before but I think it's actually better than top freezer. No more stooping down to see what's 'lost' in the back of the bottom shelf. Everything is at eye level and this thing keeps things super cold so i think my food will stay fresher longer. makes ice really fast too. LED lights inside top/bottom make everything very visible so nothing getting lost in there anymore. I highly recommend this one. Looks great in my kitchen too. Upgrade from my 12 year old frigidaire top freezer.

Was in new condo we purchased. Looks good interior of refrigerator could have better features as a long storage drawer like my LG that I left behind had. Freezer part is small. Ice making storage bin is way too big and takes up much valued room for freezing food. The baskets are open baskets meaning cage like. My LG had solid baskets where no food could get through very nice feature for you to consider.

We took delivery August 2,2019 and were so exited to get all new Whirlpool Appliances!!! It turned out to be a nightmare! When it was delivered they left us to unwrap the appliaces and when we unwrapped the refrigerator the door was damaged.ABC Warehouse was terrible and I was actually in tears! ABC Warehouse was horrible and even promised to remove delivery charges and NEVER did!!!! Ace Appliance replaced the door and were very professional unlike ABC Warehouse.

Installed refrigerator three weeks ago. Reversing the door was a total pain, screw holes did not line up. Ice dropping into ice draw sounds like rocks falling off the side of a mountain. Every time I open one of the crisper draws I need to spend time to get then to close. If they do not entirely close the door on the ref. will not shut.

I bought this fridge to replace a slightly narrower GE Profile of a the same style that had conked out. We like the lighting, roominess, and clean, simple look of the Whirlpool fridge. Not crazy about: the sound (wish it was quieter), the door is quite heavy with all the bottles and jars requiring a firm push to close it - otherwise it swings open. The first Whirlpool we had delivered had a broken water tube on the back of the fridge - our delivery guy noticed and pointed this out. It seems that where the tube enters the back of the fridge is a poor design and very vulnerable to breaking. Lowes delivery guys were great, and arranged for me to get another fridge delivered within the week. This one seems to be fine.
