Replaced our old Whirlpool fridge with updated model last month. We're still getting used to differences; the bin handles are slightly different and the shelf space is organized differently especially on the top shelf. We miss the light and rack in the freezer section.

I bought this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago and wanted to have it in-service before writing this review. It is a great buy and works beautifully, ice maker made ice extremely fast and the food area of the unit cooled down in short amount of time.

This is a great refrigerator. I am so tired of the fancy, complicated Samsungs and LG's that stop working after a year or two. The repairman told me that Whirlpool and top freezers last longest.

My refrigerator Makes noises and can't adjust the shelves to fit tall items ...the bottom shelf( above the flat part where the crisper is underneath) over laps and you can't put tall items under it ….

I love the interior. Bright and spacious! Bought all kinds of exterior cleaners for the stainless, then I found out that the best cleaner is a warm and soapy dish rag with a dry towel to buff. The fridge does make some strange sounds. Not loud, but stange at times.

We bought this unit a month ago after Hurricane Irma fried our old one. Needed a good basic refrigerator to fit a specific space in our winter home. This met our size requirements and with the optional icemaker meets all of our needs. Lots of space and very versatile storage in the door. Interior is well lit with the LED lighting.

I have the refrigerator about a month now with the exception of the compressor cutting in from time to time it's a good basic refrigerator for the price you pay with a spacious freezer, well lit interior and has excellent storage compartments for bottles and small items, the crispers are also convenient,I would recommend this Refrigerator

Nice finish, great storage. Be aware that this model may cause ice to form across top seal of freezer. If you experience this problem call for repair. Apparently this is a common problem with this model

As many before have said, the handles for the fridge are secured with cheap plastic. The handle breaks about every 6 months, and costs about $75 to replace each time :(

I'm giving this fridge three stars because I was really happy with the storage inside and I think overall Whirlpool makes good quality products, however, the handle broke off to this fridge 3 times! I got it covered under warranty twice but the third time I had to buy the handle on my own. Not happy about that therefore I would not recommend this fridge. It's really too bad because overall this is a good fridge but the cheap handle drove us insane and was expensive.

I've had my NEW refrigerator about a month. The gasket around the freezer compartment does not seal. Cold air escapes and ice forms around the door. I am a recent heart transplant patient, and have to stay close to my hospital for tests. I am not home to get a repairman out. I did not expect to have this happen with my NEW refrigerator.

We bought this fridge to go into our recently completed home. We put in a stainless dishwasher and gas range and needed to replace a small white fridge. This one fit the bill. I love the deep freezer and the fridge is quite roomy as well. I do find that it shows finger prints easily and have not found a good way to remove them.

I bought this in November of 2013, within 3 months of having the stainless doors began to apprear to rust. I know stainless doesn't rust. Of course they didn't cover that due to a few word sentence in their four page warranty. Then a few months go by and pull the fridge out for cleaning and the rear wheels fall off. Oh yah, that's not covered under their warranty either.

This particular model allows you to switch the handles from left to right of door, which is why I made the purchase. This is very uncommon feature in refrigerators. The top of the handle where the screw inserts and is tightened has already cracked, and the handle to the fridge requires tape to keep in in place. This is not the biggest problem!! The problem is I cant get a replacement part because it is on back order!!! For over 4 months now!! Not happy. Let me also add that one of the tracks for the deli drawer has also cracked and the drawer is unstable.

We purchased this fridge as part of a kitchen remodel and replaced the worn out one we had for almost 20 years. It is a great, well built appliance! There are a lot of easy access shelves and the drawers are nice and deep. One of my favorite features is the light in the freezer! The outside appearance is very sleek and clean looking and the no fingerprint coating on the stainless steel really work.
